Collaboration and Resources Conference Call

During this teleconference, service providers will give brief overviews of their organizations' programs, descriptions of services, what makes their collaborations unique, etc. Speakers will describe some of the collaborations/partners they have and offer suggestions and guidance on how service providers may create those connections within their communities.
