The Grant and Per Diem Program Profiles Project was produced by the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans in conjunction with a technical assistance grant from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Each of these profiles outlines an organization that has received funding under the VA Homeless Provider Grant and Per Diem Program (GPD) and is designed to help inform community-based organizations and government agencies on the various ways that programs can be structured under this grant.
