HVRP Replicable Models (Session Two)

Denver (Colorado) Human Services helps and protects people of all ages. Its Denver Veteran Services Office assists veterans in a number of ways in addition to assisting veterans and their dependents and survivors concerning VA benefits.

St. Patrick Center

Located in St. Louis, Missouri, St. Patrick Center is the largest provider of homeless services in the state with 28 housing, employment and mental health programs assisting more than 9,000 people annually who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

U.S. VETS - Phoenix

This organization is one of several U.S. VETS sites nationwide. The Phoenix, Arizona, site opened in December 2001 and provides 69 transitional housing beds and 12 permanent units.
